§ 1. General provisions
- These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the website and services provided by LAUR Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (limited liability company), with its registered office in Warsaw, Aleja Niepodległości 18 | piętro 6, 02-653 Warsaw, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number: 0001202317, NIP: 5214138810, REGON: 543106198 (hereinafter: "LAUR" or the "Service Provider").
- The use of the LAUR website and services constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- LAUR provides outsourcing of business-service processes and immigration advisory services, as well as support to undertakings concerning operational processes and the legalization of foreigners' stay and work, including collaboration with the Liderteam capital group where applicable.
§ 2. Definitions
- Service Provider — LAUR Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw.
- Client — a natural person or a legal person (including entrepreneurs) who uses the Service Provider's services or submits an online contact or other form made available on the website.
- Services — outsourcing of business-service processes; migration and immigration advisory; assistance with legalizing stay and work in Poland; recruitment and international personnel support provided to employers within the scope of advisory and contractually agreed coordination; and any other services LAUR actually provides and confirms in an agreement or written order.
- Form — a form available on the website (including contact, consultation, service inquiry, application, or other forms) used to establish contact or submit an inquiry addressed to LAUR.
§ 3. Scope of services
- In the course of its business, LAUR provides in particular:
- outsourcing of business-service processes and immigration advisory services in Poland;
- support to undertakings in organizing operational processes—especially production, logistics, and warehousing—with comprehensive administrative and coordination support;
- advisory and support regarding legalization of foreigners' stay and work, including preparing and handling documentation in that domain;
- support for recruitment, employment legalization processes, and international personnel administration for employers—as advisory services and coordination agreed individually;
- at the Client's request—additional services (such as relocation or language training), where confirmed by a separate agreement or other written acknowledgment of order.
- LAUR does not operate as an employment agency or temporary-work agency within the meaning of the Polish Act of 20 April 2004 on promotion of employment and labour market institutions. Unless expressly stated for a specific service, website and marketing content constitutes an invitation to contract within the meaning of Article 71 of the Polish Civil Code and is not an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code.
- The detailed scope of work, fees, and delivery terms are agreed individually with each Client in a separate agreement or order form, as the parties decide.
§ 4. Website forms
- Submitting an online form does not by itself conclude a contract for services.
- Submitting the form is equivalent to consenting to be contacted by LAUR to discuss potential cooperation.
- The Client is obliged to provide truthful and current information in the form.
- LAUR commits to contacting the Client within 48 business hours of receiving the form.
§ 5. Terms of cooperation
- The detailed terms of cooperation, including the scope of services, fees, and deadlines, are specified in an individual agreement between LAUR and the Client.
- LAUR notes that the success of the migration process may depend on factors beyond the Service Provider's control, including decisions of public administration bodies.
- LAUR commits to making every effort to successfully carry out the process; however, it does not guarantee a positive decision from administrative authorities.
§ 6. Client obligations
- The Client is obliged to:
- Provide truthful and complete information
- Submit required documents on time
- Cooperate with LAUR at every stage of the process
- Comply with Polish law after arriving in Poland
- Providing false information or concealing material facts may result in refusal to provide services and termination of the agreement.
§ 7. Liability
- LAUR is liable for the proper performance of services specified in the agreement.
- LAUR is not liable for:
- Administrative decisions of government bodies (visa refusals, permit denials)
- Damages resulting from the Client providing false information
- Force majeure events
- Changes in legislation affecting the process
§ 8. Personal data protection
- The controller of Clients' personal data is LAUR Sp. z o.o.
- Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).
- Detailed information regarding personal data processing is contained in the Privacy Policy.
§ 9. Complaints
- The Client has the right to file a complaint regarding the services provided.
- Complaints should be submitted in writing to LAUR's registered office address or by electronic means.
- LAUR will review the complaint within 30 days of receipt and inform the Client of the outcome.
§ 10. Final provisions
- LAUR reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Changes take effect on the date of publication on the website.
- Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Polish law.
- Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Service Provider's registered office.
- These Terms and Conditions enter into force on May 13, 2026.
